An Outdoor Sales Representative promotes and sells products/services by visiting customers in the field, generating leads, building relationships, presenting solutions, and closing deals. This role is target-driven and requires strong communication, negotiation, and self-motivation.

Key Responsibilities

Find leads and meet potential customers in assigned areas
Build and maintain client relationships
Present products/services and close sales
Negotiate agreements and support smooth execution
Track sales activities, update records, and submit reports

Requirements

Field sales / customer-facing experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-driven, organized, target-oriented
Fluent in Hindi and English
