Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outdoor sales role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills are necessary.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required by the position.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer behavior patterns.
