The Outdoor Sales Representative is a dynamic and pivotal role in driving the success of our sales team. Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular field visits to present product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets consistently.
  • Generate and submit sales reports and analysis to upper management for review.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to spot new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
  • Provide regular feedback from clients to optimize product offerings and marketing strategies.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry-related events to enhance product visibility.
  • Manage time and route planning effectively to maximize daily customer interactions.
  • Utilize CRM software to keep accurate records of client interactions and sales processes.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies tailored to local markets.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Outdoor Sales Representative or similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with diverse clients.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving targets.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a persuasive demeanor with decision makers.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track activities.
  • Flexibility to travel extensively within assigned regions and attend events.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record to commute efficiently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills for generating actionable sales insights from data.
