Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to promote and sell food products to supermarkets, hypermarkets, grocery stores, mini marts, cafeterias, and retail outlets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong customer relationships, increasing product visibility, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.


Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the company's food products to supermarkets, grocery stores, mini marts, hypermarkets, and other retail outlets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Visit customers regularly to generate orders and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
  • Introduce new products and promotional offers to customers.
  • Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with customers to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Collect market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and promotional activities.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and submit customer visit updates.
  • Follow up on payments and maintain accurate records of customer accounts.
  • Resolve customer concerns and provide excellent after-sales service.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of outdoor sales experience in FMCG or food products.
  • Strong network within supermarkets, grocery stores, and retail outlets is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Good knowledge of the local market and retail sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is an added advantage.
