Outdoor Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outdoor Sales Representative with strong experience in hypermarket sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products, maintaining excellent relationships with hypermarket clients, and achieving sales targets through effective field sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hypermarket category managers, buyers, and store supervisors.

• Visit assigned hypermarkets regularly to ensure product visibility, availability, and accurate pricing.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by generating new business and maintaining existing accounts.

• Negotiate shelf space, promotions, and brand visibility within stores.

• Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishments, and prevent out-of-stock issues.

• Execute in-store marketing, product displays, and promotional activities.

• Collect market feedback and competitor insights to support sales planning.

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and market updates.

• Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections as per company policy.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of outdoor sales experience, preferably in FMCG or hypermarket channels.

• Strong knowledge of UAE hypermarkets such as Carrefour, Lulu, Nesto, or Union Coop.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
