Job Description

As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and success of our company by identifying and securing new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be to engage with potential clients and build strong relationships in order to expand our customer base. In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to work independently while leveraging your excellent communication and negotiation skills to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement targeted sales campaigns.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Meet regularly with clients to evaluate needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Update and maintain customer relationship management systems accurately and timely.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Stay informed about competitor products and services to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role in the industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong ability to develop, build, and maintain client relationships efficiently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work outside regular office hours.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiar with CRM software applications.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
