Job Description

As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will be the driving force behind promoting and selling our products and services to prospective clients. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers in various outdoor settings, building strong relationships and closing sales deals. You will be expected to communicate effectively, understand customer needs, and align them with our offerings. This role requires a vibrant personality, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently. You’ll also be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and hitting sales targets consistently. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Develop relationships with potential and existing clients to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate sales terms and close deals to meet or exceed targets.
  • Maintain and expand the client database within the target region.
  • Provide clients with product information and answer queries accurately.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new market opportunities.
  • Create and implement customized sales plans for key accounts.
  • Keep abreast of new product offerings and industry trends.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information.
  • Attend trade shows and networking events to promote products.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outdoor sales or similar customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales deals effectively.
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to meeting sales goals.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software tools.
