  • Provide post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and policies during all sales operations.
  • Utilize customer relationship management systems to record sales activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an outdoor sales or similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
  • Demonstrable ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Self-starter attitude with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently to meet clients.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and software to track sales activities and progress.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and customer needs.
