Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate deals and agreements with clients to maximize profits for the organization.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and quality service.
  • Participate in trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to represent the company and network.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and improve overall sales performance.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams for improvement.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and trends in the field to remain competitive and informed.
  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data regularly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Outdoor Sales Executive or relevant role in sales.
  • Outstanding knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently with little direction and to meet critical deadlines.
  • Have a professional appearance and demeanor that supports the company's image.
  • Possess robust communication skills in both written and verbal capacities.
  • Proficiency in English and local language, with the ability to engage audiences.
  • Driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and sales visits.
