Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outdoor Sales Executive to join our burgeoning team. This position is perfect for a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and the enthusiasm to work in the field. The Outdoor Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Working directly with potential clients in various locations, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and increasing revenue. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth in assigned territory.
  • Identify potential business opportunities, initiate contact, and cultivate relationships with prospects.
  • Meet or exceed established sales quotas and contribute to the company’s market share.
  • Conduct regular visits to existing and potential clients to build and maintain relationships.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to customers, showcasing product features and benefits.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales tactics to maintain competitive edge.
  • Prepare and submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
  • Participate in networking activities and trade shows to build brand awareness.
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and work towards resolving issues efficiently.
  • Use CRM software to track sales activities, manage pipeline, and close sales effectively.
  • Understand the clients’ needs for mutual benefit and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in an outdoor role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals successfully.
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player when needed.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
