Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify new sales opportunities in assigned territory through field visits.
  • Develop effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers on-site.
  • Understand client requirements and provide solutions that align with their needs.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively ensuring mutual satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to management regularly.
  • Attend trade shows and networking events to promote products and gain new leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and improve sales tactics and strategies.
  • Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams on market trends.
  • Keep abreast of industry and market trends to effectively position products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly outdoor and field sales, is essential.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory as required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory for this role.
