Job Description

As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of promoting and selling products or services by conducting face-to-face meetings with potential clients. You will play a crucial role in the expansion and sustainability of our business by implementing effective sales solutions and building strong relationships with customers. As the face of our company, you will need to understand the unique needs of your clients and tailor your sales strategies accordingly. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, close sales, and increase revenue, while providing exceptional customer service. You will be required to stay informed about industry trends and competitive developments, ensuring you provide informed and strategic insights to potential and existing customers.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to identify sales opportunities.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed personal sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key clients.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales strategies effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to foster a unified approach to sales.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential clients.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to address client queries and concerns promptly.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with prospective customers to close deals.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on market trends and sales forecasts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively conduct sales presentations.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve conflicts successfully.
  • Strong self-motivation with a results-driven approach to meet sales targets.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel frequently for client meetings.
