Job Description

As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our company's presence in the field. Your primary responsibility will be to identify sales opportunities, cultivate relationships with prospective clients, and secure new business to help advance our market share. You will engage in direct, face-to-face communication with clients, demonstrating our product offerings and tailoring solutions that meet their unique needs. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Engage in face-to-face meetings with potential and existing clients to discuss their needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct solutions-based sales presentations to clients in various outdoor environments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective delivery of services.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure timely delivery of products or services.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management on a regular basis.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads.
  • Provide feedback and insights on customer needs and market trends to inform product development.
  • Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales role, ideally in outdoor or field sales.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a persuasive presentation style.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients in their environments and attend events.
  • A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation are required.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to analyze market data and draw actionable insights to influence sales strategy.
