Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outbound Telesales Executive to join our growing team. This pivotal role is tasked with reaching out to potential customers and solidifying relationships with existing ones to drive sales opportunities across our product line. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and an unswerving passion for sales. You will engage in regular outbound calls, presenting our offerings, navigating objections, and clinching deals that contribute to our revenue goals. As an integral part of our sales department, you will be responsible for achieving individual and team targets through strategic planning and execution. Responsibilities

  • Perform daily outbound calls to a list of potential customers for sales opportunities.
  • Present and explain the company’s products and services to potential clients effectively.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
  • Follow up on prospective leads and maintain a database for future reference and engagement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed designated sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the team.
  • Record and update all interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
  • Monitor market competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and products.
  • Handle customer objections and complaints and turn them into opportunities for sales conversion.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Attend regular team meetings to discuss strategies, performance metrics, and improvement plans.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge to provide informed and effective sales pitches.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a telesales or similar role within the sales sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and handle rejection professionally.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for tracking leads and sales activities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of self-motivation and a results-driven attitude towards achieving success.
  • Previous experience in the specific industry or field of our company’s operations is an advantage.
