Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Otolaryngologist to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide expert diagnosis and treatment for disorders related to the ear, nose, throat, and related structures of the head and neck. We emphasize patient-centered care, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and adherence to the latest clinical guidelines to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and manage patients with ENT conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medical and surgical interventions
  • Conduct surgical procedures such as tonsillectomy, septoplasty, sinus surgery, and others as appropriate
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate integrated patient care
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and preventive care
  • Stay updated with advancements in otolaryngology through continuous professional development

Requirements

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
  • Completion of residency training in Otolaryngology
  • Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology
  • Valid medical license to practice
  • Proven experience in clinical and surgical ENT practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team
  • Strong commitment to patient care and continuous learning
  • Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage
