Salary - 22000 AED + Benefits

What Youll Do

🎯 Manage and maintain OSS tools and systems to ensure optimal performance

🔧 Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to OSS applications

📈 Analyze system performance metrics and implement improvements

🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align tools with business needs

🛠️ Conduct regular system audits and updates to maintain security standards

📚 Provide training and support for end-users on OSS tools

Administer ManageEngine tool suite (OpManager, EventLog Analyzer, Analytics Plus, PAM360, ServiceDesk etc.)

Develop dashboards, SLA reports, alerts tuning

Support API integration with SIEM, ITSM, APM and Cloud systems

Manage tool patching, database upkeep and user access controls
