Job Description

Job Title: Orientation Tour Operator

Work Hours

Part-Time
Tuesday (weekly) + additional sessions (1st & 3rd Wednesdays during peak seasons)
Approx. 0900 – 1500
Additional monthly cultural sessions (3 per month)

Duties

Conduct orientation tours and cultural integration sessions
Provide classroom instruction and guided tours (Vicenza, Verona, Padova)
Develop tour plans including safety and logistics
Coordinate scheduling and transportation requirements
Maintain attendance records (DA Form 5900)
Submit required reports to COR

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience in tours or cultural programs (Italy preferred)
Fluent in English & Italian (Level 4)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage groups (up to 20 participants)
