• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary teams to incorporate oriental items into the overall menu.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards in oriental food preparation.
• Train and mentor the kitchen team in oriental cooking techniques and traditions.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of oriental dishes during service hours.
• Create and adapt recipes to accommodate dietary preferences and regional variations.
• Stay updated on oriental culinary trends, ingredients, and techniques.
• Participate in special oriental culinary events, promotions, and guest interactions.
• Collaborate with other culinary departments to ensure a cohesive dining experience.
• Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of guests and colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
