Job Description

The Order Management Executive plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence by managing the entire order lifecycle. This position involves coordinating with various departments, including sales, procurement, logistics, and customer service, to ensure accurate and timely order processing. The executive serves as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, shipping dates, and delivery schedules. Their meticulous attention to detail aids in maintaining accurate records, resolving inquiries, and ensuring orders are fulfilled in accordance with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Resolve order-related issues and discrepancies in coordination with other departments.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability for order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to optimize delivery schedules and routes.
  • Maintain detailed records of all orders and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Communicate promptly with customers regarding order status and updates.
  • Generate reports on order processing metrics and performance for management review.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in order processing.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to resolve invoicing and payment issues.
  • Assist in training new staff members in order management processes and systems.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance customer service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in order management or a customer service role preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in using ERP and CRM software applications.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across departments.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a dynamic work environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
