Job Description

As an Order Management Executive, your central task will be to oversee the complete order processing cycle to ensure seamless operations and maximum customer satisfaction. In this dynamic role, you will act as the key interface between the company, customers, and supply chain operations, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. You will have exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines. A profound understanding of order management systems and the ability to troubleshoot problems independently is vital. Your efforts will directly support our sales and logistics teams, working to fulfill and exceed customer expectations.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and process customer orders efficiently from receipt through delivery.
  • Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure order fulfillment timelines.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability for incoming orders.
  • Communicate with customers to resolve order discrepancies and address inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all order transactions and communications.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements for order management.
  • Prepare and analyze order reports to determine trends and identify areas for improvement.
  • Act as liaison between customers and the company to ensure outstanding customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations in all order dealings.
  • Collaborate with finance to ensure the timely processing of invoices and payments.
  • Handle any escalated order issues or complaints in a professional manner.
  • Support the training and development of junior staff in order management activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in order management or supply chain roles.
  • Proficiency in order management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate reports and statistics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with all stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
