The Order Management Executive is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end order management process. This position ensures that every order is processed efficiently and accurately from receipt to delivery. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach to addressing and resolving potential issues before they impact the customer experience. As an Order Management Executive, you will work closely with various departments, including sales, logistics, and customer service, to ensure a seamless and transparent order experience for clients. Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire order cycle to enhance business development and ensure sustainability.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the order management team.
  • Oversee the order fulfillment process to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to forecast demand and track order trends.
  • Resolve order and inventory discrepancies through analytical problem-solving.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and management of billing issues.
  • Monitor order status and update customers on their order delivery progress.
  • Coordinate with logistics to manage shipment and distribution of orders.
  • Maintain precise records of all orders, ensuring accessibility and organization.
  • Develop and implement order management procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures pertaining to order processing.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff within the order management function.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in order management, supply chain, or logistics roles.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail is a must.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
  • Proficient in order management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve discrepancies efficiently.
