Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Functional

Job Location-Dubai

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules and will be responsible for providing functional expertise in the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, translating those into system configurations, and ensuring the successful deployment of Oracle Fusion HCM.

  • Resource should be able to able to write medium to complex fast formulas for absence and payroll, configure workflow approvals.
  • Resource should have experience and ready to work on Oracle Fusion Finance module as well
  • Resource should have experience on Oracle SCM and ready to work on Procurement module as well

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Analysis:

  • Collaborate with business users to understand the HCM requirements and translate them into functional specifications and configurations within Oracle Fusion HCM.

Implementation & Configuration

  • Lead or support the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, etc.). Configure the modules based on business requirements and industry best practices.

Module Expertise

  • Provide deep functional expertise and guidance on Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including but not limited to:
  • Core HR
  • Payroll
  • Oracle SCM
  • Fusion Finance
  • Procurement

Testing & Validation

  • Participate in testing cycles (UAT, Integration Testing) to ensure the system meets business requirements. Identify and resolve issues during testing phases.

Support And Maintenance

  • Provide post-implementation support, including resolving incidents, performing system maintenance, and making enhancements as needed.

Training & Documentation

  • Create and deliver user training sessions. Develop detailed functional documentation to support configurations, processes, and operational workflows.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with technical teams to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and system issues.

Upgrades & Patches

  • Support system upgrades and apply patches to ensure the HCM system remains current and fully functional. Assess the impact of new features and updates on existing configurations.

Education

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
