Currently, we are looking for a passionate and energetic Admin Coordinator to be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Responsible for supporting day‑to‑day logistics operations, ensuring accurate shipment documentation, reporting, and customer service delivery while maintaining compliance and driving team performance.

In this Admin Coordinator position


  • Ensure timely and accurate inbound/outbound shipment documentation
  • Maintain trackers, reports, and billing accuracy (invoices, rate cards, Oracle updates)
  • Monitor and deliver against customer KPIs and service expectations
  • Lead daily performance discussions and support monthly customer reviews (MBRs)
  • Handle escalations, implement corrective actions, and support operational decisions
  • Drive team performance, engagement, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, compliance standards, and customer requirements


Now, here is what we need from you!


  • Minimum 3+ years experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain environment
  • Experience in shipment documentation, reporting, and customer coordination
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead teams, manage KPIs, and drive performance
  • Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse/logistics systems
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and adaptability
  • Experience with Free Zone documentation and customs clearance procedures.
