Job Description

The Operations Support Officer 31O25 is a pivotal role within our organization, providing essential support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our operational processes. This position serves as a key liaison between various teams, providing oversight and ensuring operations are conducted seamlessly. The Operations Support Officer will be responsible for analyzing operational data, coordinating departmental activities, and implementing process improvements. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to handle multiple tasks proficiently. The right candidate will contribute significantly to our team's success, ensuring that operational activities are streamlined for maximum efficiency.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily operational activities to ensure seamless execution.
  • Coordinate with various departments to implement process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends and suggest actionable insights.
  • Prepare detailed operational reports and present findings to senior management.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior staff members on operational procedures.
  • Liaise with external vendors and partners to maintain smooth operational relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and operational standards.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies.
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify operational risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of all operational processes and procedures.
  • Plan and execute operational drills to test process resilience and efficiency.
  • Facilitate effective communication channels between the operations team and other departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in operations or a similar support role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise effectively.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of operational processes and compliance requirements.
