Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Support Officer to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our operations department, you will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing operational procedures to ensure our organization's efficiency and effectiveness. You will be responsible for assisting with the coordination of daily activities, managing operational processes, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, be adept at multitasking, and have a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to support our business objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track operational performance metrics to ensure efficiency.
  • Coordinate with various departments to facilitate effective workflow management.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
  • Support the operations manager in daily administrative tasks and activities.
  • Identify and address operational issues and recommend process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for operational and compliance purposes.
  • Facilitate communication between operations and other departments to ensure alignment.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of operational projects and initiatives.
  • Provide training and support to staff on operational processes and systems.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and report findings to management for decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management on operational status and improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in operations support or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and operations management software tools.
  • Organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proactive and a self-starter, with the ability to work independently.
