Operations Support Executive - Emirati Talent

Job description:

As part of the operations team, you ensure seamless support across the internal workflow. You will handle cross-departmental inquiries, coordinate with internal stakeholders, prepare key operational and quality reports, and collaborate closely with the logistics team to optimize efficiency and enable smooth daily operations.

What you could expect as an Operations support executive:

• Handle internal purchasing inquiries to ensure timely and accurate responses
• Process and place local purchase orders in compliance with company policies
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth operational workflows
• Prepare and maintain operational and quality reports for performance tracking and decision-making
• Support and collaborate with the logistics team to optimize supply chain efficiency

What we expect from you as an Operations support executive: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement & Logistics or a related field
• Emirati with family book
• Professional certifications such as CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply), APICS (Supply Chain Certification), Lean Six Sigma (for quality/process improvement) will be an advantage 
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 
• Customer facing skills
