As an Operations Support Coordinator you will be an integral part of a collaborative, inter-disciplinary team focused on delivering seamless services and programs to our clients and customers. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide administrative, data, and reporting support to the Disability Management team
  • Maintain reports, trackers, spreadsheets, and customer records
  • Assist with invoices, reconciliations, and vendor payment tracking
  • Support day-to-day operations, projects, and onboarding of new staff
  • Manage system support requests and respond to internal and external inquiries
  • Develop and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports
  • Analyze data trends and support process improvements
  • Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance

What We’re Looking For

  • 1 year of experience in administrative support, data analysis or operations
  • Experience in, or knowledge of, disability management, disability insurance or health-related programs is an asset
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and case management systems
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently and collaboratively
  • French language skills are an asset
