Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Operations Supervisor to oversee our daily crate-free nursery operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing dogs across multiple rooms, ensuring a safe, harmonious, and clean environment. Because we are a crate-free facility, the supervisor must possess excellent command over pack leadership, dog behaviour, and group dynamics to prevent and manage conflict seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Supervise and coordinate activities across multiple crate-free rooms, ensuring schedules for play, rest, and feeding are strictly maintained.
• Pack Management: Monitor multi-dog playgroups to maintain a calm, safe, and controlled environment. Proactively read dog body language to de-escalate any tension.
• Staff Coordination: Oversee handlers and pet care assistants, assigning duties, ensuring high standards of care, and maintaining facility hygiene.
• Health & Safety: Implement and enforce strict safety and sanitization protocols. Quickly address any health or behavioral concerns according to company policy.
• Client Relations: Update pet parents on their dogs' well-being and maintain professional communication regarding daily updates or incidents.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 5 to 6 years of solid experience working in or managing a professional dog day-care or boarding facility.
• Expertise: Deep understanding of dog behavior, pack mentality, conflict resolution, and canine first aid. Proven track record managing groups of dogs in a crate-free setting.
• Visa Status: UAE Residence Visa holder (Own/Spouse/Parent sponsorship preferred).
• Skills: Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to stay calm and decisive under pressure.
