Job Description

The Operations Supervisor is vital in ensuring efficient and effective management within an organization's operations department. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a supervisory or managerial position.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive operational efficiencies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement operational processes and procedures.
  • Proficient in using data analysis tools and software for performance monitoring.
  • Experience in handling operational budgets and financial forecasting.
