HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

As an Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence across the UAE boutique network by maximizing product availability and delivering outstanding service to boutiques and internal stakeholders.

Acting as a trusted partner to the retail network, you will balance operational execution, inventory performance and continuous improvement initiatives to support business objectives and elevate the client experience.

Business & Boutique Partnership

• Act as the primary point of contact for UAE boutiques regarding stock availability, replenishment, transfers, Firm Orders and operational requests.
• Build trusted relationships with boutique teams by providing proactive operational support and ensuring timely resolution of requests.
• Proactively communicate product shortages, delivery risks and recovery plans.
• Conduct regular boutique visits to understand operational challenges, identify improvement opportunities and strengthen collaboration with the retail network.
• Partner closely with Retail, Commercial, Warehouse, Supply Planning, Finance and HQ teams to deliver seamless operational execution.
  
  

Distribution Operations & Inventory Performance

• Monitor operational KPIs, including product availability, assortment completion, delivery lead time, open orders, Firm Order fulfilment and inventory accuracy.
• Analyze inventory trends, assortment performance and operational data to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with Retail and Supply Planning teams to optimize assortment completion, product availability and inventory allocation.
• Coordinate stock transfers and rebalancing initiatives across the UAE network.
• Manage the end-to-end Firm Order process, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder follow-up.
• Support product launches, commercial activations, boutique openings, relocations and renovations by ensuring operational readiness and product availability.
• Investigate recurring operational issues and implement sustainable corrective actions to improve operational performance.
  
  

Operational Excellence

• Ensure accurate execution of operational processes within SAP, including order management, invoicing, returns and stock adjustments.
• Act as SAP Key User, supporting business users, coordinating issue resolution and contributing to testing and system enhancements.
• Maintain and continuously improve standard operating procedures and operational documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service levels, operational efficiency and inventory performance.
• Support knowledge sharing and onboarding within the Distribution Operations team.
  
  

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

You have experience in Distribution Operations, Supply Chain, Inventory Management or Retail Operations, ideally within luxury retail or another fast-paced environment.

You are analytical, customer-focused and collaborative, with the ability to build strong partnerships across functions and translate operational insights into action.

You are proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel, while knowledge of Power BI or Looker is considered an advantage.
