Responsibilities
The high-performing Global Business Solutions Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikToks advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, data analytics, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally.
We are looking for a detail oriented and analytical university intern to support our Measurement Team. This role offers hands on experience in data analysis, business intelligence and ad measurement.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in collecting, processing and analyzing large datasets to extract meaningful business insights
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations using advanced Excel and PowerPoint features
- Build and maintain complex pivot tables dashboards and data visualization charts
- Support the team in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns and anomalies in data
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear, actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand measurement requirements
- Help automate data collection and reporting processes
- Quality check data accuracy and ensure consistency across reports
- Present findings to stakeholders in clear, compelling formats
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics or related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas, data modeling)
- Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create professional, visually appealing presentations and advanced charts
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated accountability and ownership of assigned projects
- Quantitative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background or coursework in data analytics, business intelligence or quantitative methods
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
- Basic knowledge of SQL or other database query languages is a plus
- Previous internship experience in analytics, consulting, or tech industry
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics and social media analytics
