The role of an Operations Officer – Credit Administration is a vital position within the financial services sector, responsible for managing and overseeing the credit administration functions.   • Maintain accurate records of all credit transactions and customer interactions for future reference.
  • Monitor changes in credit policies and adapt operations accordingly to maintain efficiency.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise junior staff to ensure they are aligned with departmental objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in credit administration or related field.
  • Strong understanding of credit risk management and financial analysis techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Demonstrated ability to comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
