Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to improve operational processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Assist in the recruitment and training of new employees within the operations team.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders for operational success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an operations or management role within a similar industry.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively within deadlines.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Experience in process optimization and implementation of operational improvements.
  • Proficiency in using data analysis software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
