Operations Manager

Kinetic is working with a leading Hospitality company who are hiring an Operations Manager to be based in Dubai.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with brand standards.
• Drive sales growth, profitability and an exceptional guest experience across all assigned restaurants.
• Manage P&L performance, including labour costs, food costs and overall operational efficiency.
• Lead, coach and develop Restaurant Managers and their teams to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor food safety, quality, service standards and compliance with company policies.
• Analyse operational performance and implement initiatives to improve results.
• Support local marketing activities and business growth initiatives.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required. A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in restaurant operations, including at least 3 years managing multiple restaurant locations.
• Current or recent experience within the UAE or GCC restaurant industry is required.
• Previous experience within sports bar, casual dining or similar restaurant operations is preferred.
• Proven experience managing restaurant P&L, including food cost, labour cost and profitability.
• Track record of growing sales and improving guest satisfaction (NPS/OSAT) at multiple units.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle is required.
• Preference given to candidates who can start immediately or within 30 days.
