Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage both in-house (non-outsourced) and outsourced operations. The role involves ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, vendor performance management, cost control, compliance with UAE regulations, and achieving operational efficiency across all functions.

Key Responsibilities

In-House (Non-Outsourced) Operations

• Manage daily operations of internal teams and departments
• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, resources, and assets
• Implement SOPs, KPIs, and performance monitoring systems
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Admin for smooth operations
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and HSE standards
  
  
  

• Manage and monitor outsourced vendors and service providers
• Negotiate SLAs, contracts, and service agreements
• Ensure vendor compliance with quality, timelines, and cost standards
• Conduct regular performance reviews and audits of outsourced teams
• Resolve operational issues and escalate risks when required
  
  
  

• Prepare operational reports, budgets, and cost-control plans
• Improve processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
• Liaise with clients, management, and external stakeholders
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues
  
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• 5–8 years of UAE experience in operations management
• Proven experience handling both in-house and outsourced operations
• Strong knowledge of vendor management and SLA handling
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
• Experience in telecom / facilities / manpower / services industry is a plus
  
  
  

• Strong negotiation and cost-management skills
• Ability to manage multi-location operations
• Knowledge of UAE compliance and labor regulations
• Results-driven with strong analytical mindset
