Description:

The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring efficient daily operations, managing risk, optimizing systems and ensuring all regulatory and internal procedures are strictly adhered to.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Manage and monitor day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflows

• Oversee transaction processing, clients’ accounts and other operational functions

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and risk management protocols

• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and increase operational efficiency

• Analyze operational data and other metrics to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement

• Prepare regular reports for Global Head of Operation on operational performance, challenges, and recommended strategies

• Handle and resolve escalated operational issues and complaints in a timely manner

• Stay up to date with all internal activities related to our products and services

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics or any other related field (MBA is a plus)

• 8+ years of previous experience in the field is requested

• Accredited as Operations Manager By SCA

• Very good written and verbal communication skills

• Communication: ability to communicate and share information in a correct manner

• Negotiation: ability to negotiate in proper manner

• Result driven: willingness to continuously achieve desired results
