Required:

• 5+ years in operations management, preferably in sports/events
• Strong event planning and execution background
• Sports industry knowledge
• Excellent project management and leadership skills
• Problem-solving ability in high-pressure situations
• Proficiency in operational software
• Degree in Business, Sports Management, or related field
• Fluent English; additional languages beneficial
• Flexible work hours including evenings/weekends
