Your Day-to-Day Will Include

• Driving sales for parties, school trips, corporate events, and general admissions.
• Looking after daily operations and safety of the park — making sure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely for guests and staff.
• Leading an amazing, diverse team and keeping energy levels high.
• Building partnerships and finding clever ways to grow revenue.
• Keeping the venue sparkling, safe, and fun at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• Sales/marketing experience (with a proven love for hitting targets).
• Strong team leadership background.
• A people person with energy, positivity, and plenty of character.
• Experience in leisure, hospitality, or entertainment is a bonus, but not essential.
• Someone who takes safety and operations seriously while keeping the fun alive.
