Operations Manager UAE

Yango Group is expanding its offline and online presence across the GCC (particularly the UAE) and Egypt. We're looking for someone to help build and own the operating processes that support this growth for Yasmina: keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly, scaling processes across markets, and continually improving them as the business evolves.

As the Operations Manager, you'll work closely with our Marketing and Commercial teams, helping transform concepts and ideas into clear, scalable processes that work on the ground. You'll provide both teams with the data and operational backbone they need to deliver effectively. In practice, that means helping shape new projects from the very start, catching things before plans go off track, keeping stakeholders aligned, and making each new market or point of sale a repeatable template rather than a one-off project.

You will be responsible for

• Maintaining appropriate stock levels and distribution coverage across all markets
• Serving as the single source of truth for all relevant stakeholders
• Ensuring that the Commercial department's volume plans and the Marketing department's stock-on-hand targets are met
• Managing offline promoters and merchandisers day to day, ensuring they meet operational standards
• Making sure that promoter budgets align with the approved performance-based scheme
• Rolling out branded offline touchpoints using standard templates and processes, and conducting regular quality checks
• Coordinating promotions (in-store materials, displays), deciding what goods will land in the store and their timelines
• Supporting the launch of new channels and regions by tracking progress, updating stakeholders, and resolving roadblocks
• Preparing for new launches by coordinating on-the-ground requirements, including stock, materials, standards, and field instructions
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in operational or project support for marketing and commercial teams, preferably in international companies with regional expansion
• A proven ability to build, standardize, and scale operational processes, turning one‑off projects into repeatable models for different markets
• Strong stakeholder management skills: the ability to align stakeholders with processes, identify deviations early, and adjust execution accordingly
• Experience with the GCC region (particularly the UAE), or a deep understanding of the region’s regulatory, cultural, and operational landscape
• An analytical mindset and data proficiency: the ability to structure data, generate actionable insights, and provide clear reporting on projects and operational metrics
