About the Role

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company’s day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency, quality, compliance, and scalability. This role involves managing processes, people, and resources to support business objectives and continuous improvement.________________________________________

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Process Management

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business functioning.

• Develop, implement, and improve operational policies, procedures, and workflows.

• Ensure operational compliance with internal standards, contractual obligations, and applicable regulations.

Team & Resource Management

• Manage, supervise, and support operational staff, including scheduling, performance management, and training.

• Allocate resources effectively to meet operational and business demands.

Planning, Reporting & Optimization

• Monitor operational KPIs and prepare regular performance and management reports.

• Identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions and process improvements.

• Support business planning, forecasting, and scaling initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with finance, HR, sales, and management teams to align operations with company objectives.

• Support implementation of new systems, tools, or technologies to enhance operational performance.

Qualifications & Skills

• ·  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

• ·  5+ years of experience in operations or business management.

• ·  Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• ·  Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Basic knowledge of Trading / Crypto or past experience in the same.
