Operations Manager (Construction Director level) – Oil & Gas | Dubai

We’re partnering with a Tier 1 EPC contractor to appoint a Operations Manager (Senior role) for their Energy and Oil & Gas division. This is a key leadership position, equivalent to Construction Director, based at their Dubai HQ with regular travel to projects.

The role

You’ll lead construction across a portfolio of major oil & gas projects (mostly USD 400–500M+) for clients including ADNOC and Aramco. Working closely with the Project Directors and supporting the division’s leadership, you’ll drive construction resources and manpower, methodologies, execution planning and coordination across projects.

This is a hands-on construction leadership role, rather than a commercial or contractual one.

What We’re Looking For

• Senior oil & gas construction leadership experience with a major EPC contractor
• Experience leading construction across multiple major projects
• Strong Middle East experience, ideally with ADNOC and/or Aramco
• Comfortable with an HQ-based role and regular travel to sites
• Arabic speaking is an advantage
