Role and Responsibilities
Your duties will be divided between Tribeca Real Estate and Adler and Partners, and will
include (but are not limited to) the following:
Tribeca Real Estate
• Prepare Form A, B, and F on the Dubai Brokers App
• Apply for Trakheesi permits for listed properties
• Assist in drafting Agent-to-Agent agreements
• Manage listing approvals, deletions, lead segmentation, and CRM updates on
PropertyFinder
• Track all listing activity including live dates, changes, and closures
• Obtain all required signatures and documentation for compliance
• Update and maintain CRM records with referral and portal leads
• Analyze portal performance and optimize listings accordingly
• Prepare investor market reports when required
• Maintain organized documentation (hard and soft copies) of listings and
contracts for KYC and AML purposes
• Ensure quality checks as per portal guidelines and optimize portal credit usage
• Validate developer agreements and registration
• Assist the Managing Director with client meetings, calendar management, and
viewings
• Attend developer briefings to stay up to date on market trends
• Prepare emails in both English and German for the Managing Director
• Coordinate client KYC documentation and registration processes for off-plan
purchases
• Follow up with developers on documentation and issuance of SPA’s when
required
• Use our CRM Monday.com for task and data management
Adler and Partners
• Coordinate sales and back-office operations
• Provide administrative support to the sales team and management
• Manage schedules, arrange meetings, and handle client inquiries
• Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and reports
• Maintain sales documents and customer data on Google Drive
• Use CRM tools to track activities and maintain records
• Liaise with marketing, accounting, concierge, and procurement departments
• Monitor inventory and support procurement coordination
• Assist in the implementation of internal policies and create SOP procedures
• Support basic HR tasks when needed
• Contribute to online presence by supporting in videos and content translations
• Handle onboarding processes and client follow-ups
• Coordinate government-related appointments (e.g., medicals, biometrics)
• Assist clients with business setup and licensing processes
• Understand the different visa options & company structures in the UAE
• Monitor and arrange existing client visa and license renewals
• Send bilingual communication to clients (English and German)
