About The Role

As the Ikandy Ultra Lounge Operations Manager – F&B (Outdoor Bar & Lounge), you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of Ikandy Ultra Lounge, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage service, and driving business performance. You will lead and inspire the team, enhance the venue’s atmosphere, and maximize profitability while delivering world-class service in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of Ikandy Ultra Lounge, ensuring exceptional food, beverage, and service standards at all times.
• Drive revenue growth and maximize profitability through effective operational management and guest engagement initiatives.
• Interact with guests, gather feedback, and continuously enhance service delivery and lounge operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve high performance and foster a positive working culture.
• Maintain the lounge’s unique ambiance, décor, and overall guest experience to align with luxury hospitality standards.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, health and safety standards, and brand requirements while delivering memorable guest experiences.

• Passionate about Food & Beverage with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Experienced in managing luxury restaurant, lounge, or bar operations within a 5-star hotel environment.
• Enjoys interacting with guests and building strong relationships through outstanding service.
• A confident and approachable leader who is friendly, trustworthy, and skilled in coaching teams.
• Highly organized with excellent planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Communicates fluently in English; knowledge of the local language is an advantage, and is willing to work flexible shifts.
