About The Role

Our Wealth & Trading team is at the forefront of redefining how people invest, using data-driven tools to make smarter financial decisions accessible to everyone. We operate with precision and expertise, building cutting-edge solutions that empower customers worldwide.

We’re looking for an Operations Manager to run high-impact controls across the trade lifecycle and our regulatory obligations as we scale Markets across products and entities. You’ll work on high-impact initiatives throughout the business, specifically related the Wealth & Trading vertical, partnering with Markets, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Engineering to improve quality, resilience, and automation.

What Youll Be Doing

• Owning critical BAU controls for Markets Ops domains (best execution, settlements, securities lending, regulatory reporting, tax ops)
• Investigating and resolving exceptions (mismatches, missing flows, reporting breaks, settlement fails, collateral issues), driving root-cause analysis and coordinating fixes
• Runing reconciliation and monitoring routines relevant to your domain (reporting checks, settlement status tracking, lending/collateral/fee checks, execution-quality outliers)
• Partnering with external counterparties where applicable (custodians, brokers/LPs, lending agents, vendors) to resolve issues and improve operational outcomes
• Tracking KPIs and quality metrics (e.g., break volumes, aged exceptions, settlement rates and fail costs, reporting timeliness/accuracy, execution-quality metrics) and propose improvements
• Supporting new launches and change: onboard new products/entities/venues/vendors, implement new regulatory requirements, and help build scalable operating playbooks
• Driving automation: identify repetitive/manual work, write clear requirements, and work with Product/Engineering to automate reporting, reconciliations, monitoring, and workflows
  
  

What Youll Need

• Relevant experience (3+ years) in Markets, Securities Operations, Brokerage Ops, Post-trade, Regulatory Ops, Tax Ops within a bank, broker-dealer, market infrastructure provider, or fintech
• Strong understanding of operational controls, exception management, and working to SLAs in a high-volume environment
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail; ability to interpret data and spot anomalies quickly
• Clear stakeholder management: comfortable coordinating across Markets, Finance, Risk/Compliance, and Engineering
• Ownership mindset: able to take ambiguous problems, structure them, and deliver end-to-end solutions
• Experience working with data tools
