We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations in our AUH office. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient processes, managing a team, and implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.

Job Responsibility

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
• Manage and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the AUH office
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching
• Collaborate with other departments to meet organizational goals
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Proven experience in operations management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards
