Job Description

An Operations Manager is a critical and strategic role responsible for the efficiency of an organization's day-to-day activities. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar leadership role in operations.
  • Strong understanding of business responsibility and management principles.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities with problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office and business management software (e.g., ERP, CRM).
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate various performance metrics and data.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for team management.
