Job Description

The Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the production of goods and services within a company, ensuring that the organization operates efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic plans to improve and optimize operational processes.

  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial objectives effectively and efficiently.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance and produce relevant performance reports.
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to maintain product standards.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks to prevent potential disruptions.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of operational staff and department managers.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures across all departments.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to secure necessary resources and services.
  • Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and organizational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in an operations management role.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills with proven experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively.
  • Ability to analyze data and create strategies for improved operational outcomes.
  • Proficiency in using office software and operations management tools effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
