Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar position for 5 years.
  • Strong understanding of operational management principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills to inspire and guide staff.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
  • Proficient in using software for operations management and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with stakeholders.
