Job Description

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar leadership role in operations.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and operational strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills with demonstrated success.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions quickly.
  • Proficiency in using operations management software and business intelligence tools.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
