Operations Executive - Property Management Fractional

Role Overview

We are seeking a Property Manager to oversee the post-funding operations of tokenized real estate assets on the Mint platform. This role is key to ensuring smooth management of properties, optimizing rental income, and delivering a best-in-class experience for both tenants and investors. The ideal candidate will coordinate with third-party property managers and internal teams to ensure operational excellence across the real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all post-funding property operations including tenant onboarding, rent collection, maintenance, and property handovers.
• Liaise with third-party property management firms to ensure seamless day-to-day management of assets.
• Monitor property performance, including occupancy, rental income, and maintenance standards, providing regular reporting to internal teams and investors.
• Support legal and finance teams with necessary property documentation, compliance, and financial tracking.
• Resolve tenant issues and property escalations in a timely and professional manner to maintain asset value and investor satisfaction.
• Implement process improvements and technology solutions to streamline property operations.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in property management, asset management, or facilities management within the UAE real estate market.
• Strong understanding of leasing, tenant management, and property maintenance practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders including tenants, vendors, and service providers.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field preferred.
